Welcome to our FIRST ever virtual conference.  We are excited to offer a variety of topics and formats to help meet your professional development needs.  Since this is the first time we are ALL learning virtually, please take the time to read each description carefully so that you are prepare to actively participate in all parts of the trainings you select.  You will need to plan ahead for workshops that require pre-work and plan for any post-work that may need to be completed.  Please arrive to your virtual session on time and we will be mindful of your time by beginning and ended sessions on time as well.  

Please follow these instructions to ensure that you are fully registered for the sessions that you would like to attend.
  • Choose your session in SCHED by either clicking the circle to the left of the session title or by hovering over the session title and click the ADD TO MY SCHEDULE box
  • Click to view the full session and locate the EDUPHORIA link for that session, near the bottom
  • Click the link to officially register for the session in EDUPHORIA
  • If you do not register in EPUPHORIA, you will not be able to access all of the necessary materials for the session.

Participants must register and attend PART A and PART B of this workshop series. This workshop will provide participants with an introduction to the key elements of providing virtual instruction to students with developmental disabilities. A road map for providing scaffolded learning opportunities will be discussed. Participants will receive examples of detailed lesson plans and be given support in how to implement evidence-based practices in a remote environment. The STAR Online Learning System (SOLS) will provided examples of virtual tools and lesson plans.
